I have dedicated my entire adult life to mastering the various aspects of the Real Estate transaction process and have never worked in another field.


I started by choosing a Business Administration degree, replete with all available college RE courses. Post-education, I have over 20 years of experience, working in every major role involved in a Real Estate transaction. This has provided me with the breadth and variety of Real Estate knowledge and management skills to ensure that your transaction files, and the TC process, is handled in the most professional, efficient, and error-free manner possible.


Before founding JCK Transaction Services in 2018, I worked at Teles Properties (later acquired by Douglas Elliman) as Regional Operations Manager. During my 6-year tenure at Teles/DE, I managed and coordinated the workings of various departments for multiple office branches and completed detailed transaction auditing of an average of 120 pending escrows per month.


Prior to joining Teles/DE, I worked in Escrow, in Mortgage Lending as a Loan Processor and Loan Originator, and in Real Estate companies as a Transaction Coordinator and Office Administrator.


I also hold an active CA Salesperson License.


I pride myself on exceptionally proficiency and accuracy, and truly enjoy the complex, difficult paperwork auditing and processing jobs that are a necessary part of every Real Estate transaction.
