JCK Transaction Services offers full TC service, conducted in a custom manner, according to the needs and preferences
of the agent/broker. Let me know how you run your office or team, and I will develop a custom transaction paperwork
processing system that optimally meshes with your workflow and best meets your needs.
TC services are available for Residential and Commercial Transactions.

All aspects of your transaction will be handled with the utmost attention to detail, from listing to closing.
I believe that my job is to give you back as much of your valuable time as possible, and to offer you the peace of mind that every
CAR and broker-required document is properly executed, and submitted prior to contractual due dates.
MY PROCESS

When I open a file for you, I will immediately notify the client(s), vendors (escrow, title, lender), cooperating agent(s),
and all other involved parties that I will oversee the compliance and completion of the transaction.
Next, I will generate and thoroughly review the contract, disclosures, and all required documentation to meet
CAR and your broker's compliance standards.
Throughout the escrow process, I will manage the delivery, signing, and completion of these documents,
ensuring that everything is in order for a smooth closing.
To avoid missing critical deadlines and last-minute issues, I will consistently audit the file and
keep you updated on any outstanding tasks or concerns.
I take full responsibility for timely submission of the transaction to your broker,
ensuring no delays in commission release.
At closing, both you and your broker will receive a complete file,
including all documentation and relevant communication that occurred during the escrow.
Finally, to celebrate the successful closing, a congratulatory message will be posted on Instagram, Facebook,
and LinkedIn on your behalf (with the exception of transactions that you notify me are confidential).
This final step helps to advertise your name on social media and highlights every successful closing
to generate new demand and interest for your services.

I have dedicated my entire adult life to mastering the various aspects of the Real Estate transaction process and have
never worked in another field.
I started by choosing a Business Administration degree, replete with all available college RE courses. Post-education, I have over 20 years of experience, working in every major role involved in a Real Estate transaction. This has provided me with the breadth and variety of Real Estate knowledge and management skills to ensure that your transaction files, and the TC process, is handled in the most professional, efficient, and error-free manner possible.
Before founding JCK Transaction Services in 2018, I worked at Teles Properties (later acquired by Douglas Elliman) as Regional Operations Manager. During my 6-year tenure at Teles/DE, I managed and coordinated the workings of various departments for multiple office branches and completed detailed transaction auditing of an average of
120 pending escrows per month.
Prior to joining Teles/DE, I worked in Escrow, in Mortgage Lending as a Loan Processor and Loan Originator, and in Real Estate companies as a Transaction Coordinator and Office Administrator.
I also hold an active CA Salesperson License.
I pride myself on exceptionally proficiency and accuracy, and truly enjoy the complex, difficult paperwork auditing and processing jobs that are a necessary part of every
Real Estate transaction.
